The adult version of this visual novel contains several consensual sex scenes between two adult male characters and a couple of explicit scenes that contain sexual assault/violence. The latter content is contained to one ending and can be toggled on/off in the settings.

When Rain Bremen was a young boy, he had a best friend called Ten, and they spent all of their time together. This changed, however, when Ten was attacked by a bandit deep in the woods. Wracked with pain and bleeding out slowly, Ten begs Rain to return to their village to get help.
Rain scrambles to obey Ten’s request, but by the time he returns to his friend’s side it’s already too late. Ten has disappeared.
Over a decade passes, but Ten is never far from Rain’s mind. Rain continues to wonder about his childhood friend, and what might have happened to him. Then, a little after Rain’s twenty-third birthday, Rain’s father asks him to enter the woods to gather herbs. Rain complies, but he wanders from the path and it begins to rain. Caught up in a sudden storm, Rain slips, cracks his head, and falls unconscious.
When Rain awakes, he finds himself in a small cottage owned by a mysterious young man called Zero. Zero claims that he found Rain collapsed in the woods and rescued him, but there’s something strange about Zero.
Why does he look so much like Ten – and why does he have such sharp teeth?

Note: The adult patch for the Steam version of the game can be downloaded on Steam or on Itchio (the patch is listed as a demo). Drop the adult.rpa in Rain and the Wolf's game folder, overwriting the pre-existing adult.rpa file, and you're good to go!
You'll know if the game has been patched correctly because there will be more slots in the CG gallery and the game's name in the window title will change to Rain and the Wolf (18+).
Do note that the genitals in the r18 build and patch are censored with mosaics to comply with Japanese laws.

Im missing cg's 16 and not sure how to trigger it
To get CG16 you start a new game from the beginning. There's an extra scene you can unlock near the start once you've read either one of the good endings. Just skip the text you've seen already, the game will stop for you when you reach the new scene.

And i really enjoyed this story it really tugged at my heart stings at times and the art is so beautiful just a wonderful game overall.

I LOVE this game. Really. The art is gorgeous and the story compelling.
Specially you can see how much attention to details was put it in it with all the different versions of the story you can read with different choices. I loved learning more things about their childhood and past memories with every versions.
I had to say some choices were heartbreaking. Not picking always the good choices I thought Rain was sometimes a little to mean to the poor Zero. But I still tried almost every possibilities. That's why the best ending or the promise kept ending (not putting the right names but people playing the game will recognise it) were so gratifying.
Zero is an aboslute cutie. Like let me adopt him ah, ah. I dare any player to not fall in love with him. And I had fun globally with the dynamics between Rain and Zero. Globally because some endings obviously.
And thank you to the author for the notes explaining some things about the characters and the story. The warning note then the warning message when restarting the game from the beginning is a great plus. That's why I didn't get the last achieving and I guess the last cg number 16. So no, I didn't get the worse ending of the game and did not see the very dark side of Zero.
But some endings are so sad for him so yes I'm really glad for what I think are the best two endings. I love Rain too, don't worry. I had a lot of fun seeing him grumble about everything ah, ah but still falling ~.
To go back on the art, the cgs are great and the scenes (even not smut) are really well written. This game deserves more visibility. I'm sure it would be even more popular.
I'd really love for this game to have a demo so more people would fall for the story and the characters and everything about it actually.

I don't usually make branching VNs haha (a lot of my stories are purely linear) so I'm glad adding in the choices + various endings added to the overall experience!
And yeah, if you want to get The Worst Endings you have to be pretty mean to Zero haha ;; I tried to make the good/bad choices pretty apparent (most of the time, at least) so players would't get blindsided by the bad endings.
The art for this story is gorgeous, I love how it turned out. It's so pretty haha, the artist did a great job.

Hello, hello ~
I downloaded the game and for the mac version we can't open it. I double-clicked and then clicked on open like I should do but the icon just jumps two times and closes without a sound.
On the other end the Steam version works so at least I could play the game on it. But I woul love for the computer version to work ** ! I hope it will get fixed. (Don't worry people I'll write a comment on the game after playing it **)
When you say 'the Steam version works', do you mean the Steam version works on mac? Or were you playing the Steam version on a different PC or laptop?
The Steam version works on mac. I had no problem playing the game, even with the dlc ~. No different laptop.
The Steam and Itchio builds of the game are 100% identical. If the works on Steam, it should work on Itchio.
I imagine the issue is that you're trying to open the wrong file in the Itchio version, which is why it isn't launching.
You need to open the .app file, not the .exe.
The Android version keeps crashing any time I to start it up.
Aa you're right! There were some issues with the Android build which stopped it from working properly, so i've uploaded new versions of the apk (the adult and all ages versions) which should have fixed everything up. Hopefully it runs without any crashes now!

Yes, this is intentional. The artist for this project is Japanese, and Japanese artists aren't allowed to depict uncensored gentials: it's against Japanese law.
No problem, that's understandable.
I bought your game on steam and played through it in one sitting (mostly) - I've noticed two spelling errors during the middle somewhere, you typed something like "scarcasm" instead of "sarcasm" - and after the first 18+ scene, when you select the middle option, rain says "cousre" instead of "course"
Thank you for pointing that out! A couple of people in my Discord server pointed out a few other typos in the game, so I'll make a new build at some point to fix them all.
And I'll mention on the Itch.io page that the adult build/patch has mosaiced genitals too in case it's a dealbreaker for some people.
