Fragile Feelings has been released \o/
Hello everybody! \o/
I'm just writing a quick devlog to let you all know that my latest yuri VN, Fragile Feelings, has been released!
Fragile Feelings is a romance story about a shy young teacher and a gothic school nurse. It’s set in an isolated all-girls’ boarding school in the Japanese countryside and it has a soothing atmosphere.
This story does contain some serious moments, but it's generally positive in tone. Out of all of my previously released yuri VNs, it's probably the most similar to Blackberry Honey, despite how different the setting is.
Ann and Kohaku have more than a few things in common with Lorina and Taohua, haha ;;
This VN was in production for a while. I wrote the first draft of the script in mid 2020, but it went through a lot of revisions. The first draft was 150k, which would have made this my longest linear VN to date...
If I hadn't edited it so thoroughly hahaha
I wound up paring the wordcount down a lot, since it felt too slow and overly descriptive in places, and I also added a few side characters (Ann's students). The original draft of the story felt a bit 'empty', despite being so long, so I decided to add a few more characters with sprites to make St Cecilia's feel more convincing as a real school.
It took over 3 years for this VN to be finished (this project is actually a little older than With Eyes of Ice), but I'm glad I was finally able to complete it! I hope that the time I poured into this VN will be worthwhile, and you'll enjoy reading about yet another tortured ebi protagonist hahaha ;;;
As always, if you spot any typos or bugs, please let me know! I'll do my best to fix everything up in a timely manner!
Thank you very much for your support over the years! It's appreciated! ♡
