Hi everyone!

I thought I'd write a quick devlog to let you know that I've working on another VN in the Ashes/Idleness universe, All Scars and Starlight! The Steam page is now live, and you can wishlist it over here if you're interested (of course, the VN will also be available on Itchio when it's finished!)



Scars is a grim little story about a deposed king being imprisoned by, and falling for, his captor (who just so happens to be his cousin). There are choices and multiple endings, plus a bunch of political drama and Suffering.

It's an r18 VN, so there are several uncensored sex scenes. The story also deals with discomforting topics like suicide and sexual assault, though all of the sex scenes depicted in this story are consensual.

Scars is a spin-off of my dark BxG VN, All Ashes and Illusions, which features the same characters but ends rather differently. You can read Scars without reading Ashes, but reading Ashes will probably make Scars a better experience. You can take a look at Ashes on Steam here or Itchio here!

The characters from Scars, Yuel and Tavi, also appear in a few of my other BL VNs, All Idleness and Ephemera (Steam/Itchio), Unluckily in Love (Steam/Itchio), and To Have and to Hold (Steam/Itchio). I'm pretty fond of writing about Yuel and Tavi (as if that was not immediately obvious lmao), so if you want to read about them in other, slightly happier scenarios, you have a lot of options! To Have and to Hold is also free, if that's of any interest.
