I'm writing a brief update to let you know that I've released a new build of It gets so lonely here!

This build adds two new translations (German and Latam Spanish) thanks to the efforts of the very talented Saryana and Riunn. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I hope this update makes the VN more accessible for more people!

In the name of accessibility,  I've also uploaded an Android build of the VN onto Itchio so people can play the VN on their phones/tablets if they want.

I've tested the Android build on my own phone, and I can confirm that it launches properly and can be played to the end. However, as the VN was originally built in 800x600 res for PCs, the black letterbox around the edges of the Android build is rather large. The text should be large enough to be legible, but playing it on a phone might not be the most pleasant experience.

Ren'py Android ports can also be a bit unstable, so the VN might crash at odd intervals (especially after choosing what language you want to play in at the beginning of the VN). You might want to save at regular intervals while playing on Android if you don't want to lose your progress.

I've also uploaded Lonely onto Steam, which you can find here. The Steam build is identical to the Itch.io build, but it does contain some shiny achievements, if anybody wants to collect those.

If you read the VN on Itch.io, do consider leaving a review on Steam. It is very helpful for The Algorithm, and should show the VN to even more people.
